3. Account Registration & Management
3.1 Single Account Policy
Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the cy444 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. cy444 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, cy444 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets placed, and withhold any winnings pending investigation.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during the registration process and to keep your account details up to date at all times. 3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. 3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.5 No Third-Party Payments
Deposits must only be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. cy444 strictly prohibits the use of third-party payment accounts for deposits or withdrawals. Any attempt to deposit from an account registered in another person's name will result in the funds being returned and the cy444 account being suspended pending investigation.
Anti-Money Laundering: cy444 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions are monitored for suspicious patterns. Where cy444 identifies or suspects unusual financial activity, it reserves the right to freeze the account, withhold funds, and report the matter to the appropriate authorities without prior notification to the player.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Terms
cy444 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional credits to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside the promotion, including but not limited to: minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms, bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to a wagering requirement before any withdrawal can be processed. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (and, where applicable, the deposit amount) must be wagered using real-money bets on eligible games before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. cy444 will clearly state the applicable wagering multiplier in the promotion terms.
5.3 One Bonus at a Time
Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the terms of a specific promotion. Attempting to claim multiple concurrent bonuses in violation of this rule may result in bonus cancellation and the forfeiture of any winnings generated from unauthorised bonus funds.
5.4 Bonus Abuse
cy444 prohibits bonus abuse in all forms. 5.5 Withdrawal Prior to Wagering Completion
If a player requests a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirements attached to an active bonus, cy444 reserves the right to deduct the bonus amount and any winnings generated from bonus funds from the withdrawal amount before processing the transaction.
6. Gameplay Rules
All casino games available on the cy444 platform — including slots, live dealer games, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, table games, and crash games — are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers.

7. Sports Betting Rules
The cy444 sports betting section covers cricket (BPL, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, ICC T20 World Cup, IPL), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other sporting events. All bets are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, which are displayed within the relevant sports betting section.
7.1 Bet Acceptance
cy444 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion, including where a bet is placed using erroneous odds caused by a system error. Where odds are published in error, cy444 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player's account.
7.2 Match Result Settlement
Sports bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BPL, FIFA, etc.) at the conclusion of the event. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with cy444's applicable sport-specific rules, which may include voiding bets and returning stakes.
7.3 In-Play Betting
Live in-play betting markets are subject to frequent odds changes. cy444 operates a brief delay between a player placing an in-play bet and its confirmation to account for rapid match developments. Bets placed during this delay window may be refused or settled at the revised odds if the match situation changes materially between placement and acceptance.
7.4 Maximum Payout Limits
Maximum payout limits apply to individual bets and accumulator bets across all sports markets. Current maximum payout limits are displayed within the sports betting section and may be updated by cy444 at any time. Where a bet's potential return exceeds the published maximum payout, the return will be capped at the stated limit.
8. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the cy444 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, the forfeiture of account balances and pending winnings, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:
- Creating or operating more than one registered account on the cy444 platform.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at registration or during KYC verification.
- Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the cy444 platform in a manner not intended for human use.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.

9. Intellectual Property

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cy444 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. 10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cy444 shall not be liable to any player for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the cy444 platform or its services.
cy444 makes no warranty that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, third-party infrastructure failures, and events beyond cy444's reasonable control (including natural disasters, government actions, or cyberattacks) may cause temporary unavailability. cy444 shall not be liable for losses caused by such unavailability.
cy444's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their cy444 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit cy444's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
11. Account Suspension & Termination
11.1 Termination by the Player
Players may request the closure of their cy444 account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, cy444 will close the account and, subject to satisfactory KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding investigations, process any remaining withdrawable balance to the player's registered payment method.
11.2 Suspension or Termination by cy444
cy444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its absolute discretion, including in the following circumstances: breach of any provision of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; creation of duplicate accounts; use of prohibited software or automated tools; or any conduct that cy444 reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.
11.3 Effect of Termination
Upon account termination for cause, cy444 reserves the right to void all pending bets, cancel any active bonuses, and withhold account balances pending investigation. Where an investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, any legitimate balance will be returned to the player. Where wrongdoing is confirmed, balances may be permanently forfeited.
12. Responsible Gaming
